Open Water Swimming Coaching and Inductions
I am an experienced open water swimming and coach, having coached a variety of swimmers from complete beginners through to IronMan hopefuls and GB Academy triathletes. I have also started a free running group on Sundays called Ricky Runners – click to find out more.
I have a relaxed, swimmer-led approach to coaching – the open water is for everyone, and whichever way you experience it is brilliant, and most of all valid!
I regularly coach at Denham Waterski, as well as other open water venues including Merchant Taylor’s School and Box End offering:
- Individual or group lessons and inductions
- Weekly technique and training group sessions for adults
- Group sessions for children and young adults
